The HR Generalist supports client organizations through hands-on HR administration and project support in a consulting environment. Working closely with Senior HR Consultants, this role offers exposure to a wide range of industries, HR issues, and best practices.

Schedule: This is a part-time position of approximately 30 hours per week, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing HR administrative support to clients, including onboarding, benefits tracking, payroll coordination, terminations, and employee inquiries
- Support Senior HR Consultants on HR projects such as job descriptions, offer letters, leave administration, onboarding and termination materials, and engagement surveys
- Assist with research and monitoring of employment law updates (CA and other states, as needed)
- Help maintain consistent HR processes and documentation through SOPs and templates
Ideal Candidate
- Solid HR generalist foundation with strong administrative and compliance skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow
- Bilingual English/Spanish
