The Associate Manager, Events is responsible for overseeing the final planning, execution, and leadership of diverse events that showcase the winery’s commitment to luxury and sustainability. This role also manages day-to-day event tasks such as vendor arrangements and event logistics, and ensures each event is executed to reflect the winery’s high standards of hospitality.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Event Coordination: Arrange and confirm event details with vendors and manage all logistical aspects to ensure event success.
- Event Execution: Oversee the operations on the day of the event, handling site visits, and ensuring all aspects of the event meet the predetermined standards.
- Internal Event Planning: Assists in planning and coordinating internal events such as Member, Media, and Trade events, ensuring each event is tailored to the audience and executed flawlessly.
- Event Innovation and Execution: Assists in leading the development and delivery of unique, differentiated events that enhance guest engagement. Ensures each event is a testament to creativity and high standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with Event Sales, Chef, and Hospitality Leadership to communicate event details and proactively address any challenges.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Serves as a positive change agent with an innovation mindset, championing new initiatives and bringing forth fresh ideas to drive growth and elevation through the lens of hospitality.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. - Experience: 1-3 years in event or hospitality service management or 6+ years in event service and execution, preferably in the hospitality or wine industry.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with fine dining service standards is desirable but not required.
- Characteristics: Passionate about wine, elevated hospitality, and sustainable practices. Solution-oriented with a strong guest-first mentality and the agility to adapt to changing needs.
