Hunter Wine Marketing is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Outside Sales Representative to represent a portfolio of California and imported wines to both on-premise and off-premise accounts throughout San Francisco and Marin County.

The ideal candidate is already established in the wine industry, is calling on accounts within San Francisco or Marin County, and resides in one of these territories.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Establish and develop new accounts
- Maintain and service existing accounts
- Create opportunities and close sales
- Communicate effectively with office staff
- Follow company policies regarding pricing, quotations, and wine availability
- Maintain communication with winery partners and contacts
- Attend sales meetings and supplier events
- Plan and conduct staff trainings, winery dinners, and tastings
- Create and place point-of-sale materials where applicable
- Assist with inventory restocking
- Assist with collections and account follow-up when needed
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of wine sales experience required
- Strong knowledge and passion for wine
- Existing relationships with accounts in San Francisco and/or Marin required
- Highly organized with the ability to manage appointments and deadlines
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
