As our portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our footprint and seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the San Diego and surrounding territories.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue, distribution, and brand growth objectives
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, key accounts, and retail placements across all channels
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, key retailers and partners
- Drive execution of merchandising standards, including shelf placement, pricing, displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional programs
- Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, store checks, and account reviews to ensure brand visibility and execution excellence
- Plan and support tastings, promotions, events, and brand activations to increase awareness and trial
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address account inquiries, issues, and concerns
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and merchandising
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships
