Position/Title: Director of Winemaking

Salary: $110,000-$135,000 DOE

Napa Valley winery seeks an experienced winemaker and leader to facilitate and deliver winemaking, operations, and packaging projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, integrity, and a willingness to work alongside the team to deliver results. Desired Skills and Qualifications:
BS in Enology or related science field
Minimum of 10 years of leadership and winemaking experience in a dynamic production facility
Experience with the production of a variety of beverages is a plus
Advanced technical winemaking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized with a strong attention to detail

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
