About the Role

Woodfeather Farm Winery & Vineyard is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to assist with both vineyard and winery operations. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.

No prior experience is required — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

Vineyard Work

Pruning, thinning, and training vines
Harvesting grapes and assisting with fruit processing
Mowing, weed control, and general vineyard maintenance
Maintaining trellis systems and vineyard infrastructure
Assisting with seasonal vineyard tasks as needed

Winery Work

Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, and equipment
Working with hoses and mechanical connections
Assisting with filtration, bottling, corking, and labeling
Assembling and disassembling winery equipment
Maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
Following all winery procedures and best practices

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and take direction
Attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and quality
Must pass a background check

No Experience? No Problem.

Preferred (Not Required)

Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools/equipment
Farming, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience
Interest in wine, agriculture, or production work

Physical, fast-paced work during harvest and production seasons
