About the Role
Woodfeather Farm Winery & Vineyard is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to assist with both vineyard and winery operations. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.
No prior experience is required — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
Vineyard Work
- Pruning, thinning, and training vines
- Harvesting grapes and assisting with fruit processing
- Mowing, weed control, and general vineyard maintenance
- Maintaining trellis systems and vineyard infrastructure
- Assisting with seasonal vineyard tasks as needed
Winery Work
- Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, and equipment
- Working with hoses and mechanical connections
- Assisting with filtration, bottling, corking, and labeling
- Assembling and disassembling winery equipment
- Maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Following all winery procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and quality
- Must pass a background check

Preferred (Not Required)
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools/equipment
- Farming, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience

- Physical, fast-paced work during harvest and production seasons
