Job Summary
As an Assistant Tasting Room Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at our tasting room. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors. A dual role; as the event manager you will book and execute all events held within our tasting room.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the tasting room
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to guests
- Help organize and host events and private functions
- Support staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with the Tasting Room Manager on promotions and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with banquet or restaurant operations
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
