What You’ll Do
As an Events Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests. From setup to service to breakdown, you’ll be at the heart of every event.
- Prepare event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and place settings
- Serve food and wine with precision, timing each course to perfection
- Provide thoughtful, attentive wine service at each guest setting
- Clear and reset tables throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event equipment and storage areas
- Assist with on-site sales, including packaging wine and merchandise
- Support the Events Manager to ensure every event runs smoothly
- Contribute ideas and energy toward creating memorable, elevated guest experiences
Requirements:
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of hospitality, banquet, or food service experience
- Knowledge of wine, food, and basic cooking methods (a plus!)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A strong guest-first mindset and commitment to excellence
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs

Physical & Work Environment
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll:
- Be on your feet for extended periods
- Lift up to 30–40 lbs occasionally
- Work in busy, sometimes warm or fast-moving kitchen/event settings
- Manage multiple tasks at once with focus and efficiency
