In this position, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall atmosphere of our tasting room in Leland or a The Ridge at Verterra. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the tasting room, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including tastings and pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
- Position wine club and signup new wine club members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
- Process orders efficiently and accurately while ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to delivery great customer experiences during busy periods
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.

- Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with guests and team members
