In this position, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall atmosphere of our tasting room in Leland or a The Ridge at Verterra. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the tasting room, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Provide detailed information about our products, including tastings and pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
Position wine club and signup new wine club members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
Process orders efficiently and accurately while ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
Collaborate with team members to delivery great customer experiences during busy periods
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.

Skills

Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
A passion for helping others and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations
