We are a Winery company, hiring for Cellar Workers in the city of St. Helena in Napa Valley, CA

Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

Job title: Cellar Workers

Job location: St. Helena in Napa Valley, Ca

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $20.00 - $23.00

Job description:

Assist with grape processing during harvest, including sorting, crushing, and pressing
Transfer wine and juice using pumps, hoses, and clamps
Monitor and record fermentation activities
Perform additions and adjustments to juice/wine as directed by the winemaking team
Clean and sanitize tanks, barrels, hoses, and other cellar equipment
Safely operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
Assist in barrel filling, racking, topping, and stirring
Participate in bottling and packaging operations
Follow all safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required
Maintain accurate and timely records of cellar activities

Qualifications:

Previous winery or cellar experience is required
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in varying temperatures)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during harvest
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift experience is a plus (certification may be provided)
