We are seeking an experienced and dependable Winery Production Associate to assist with a short-term wine production project in the Louisville area. This contract role will support the blending, filtering, and packaging of approximately 1,200 cases of wine in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on winery or beverage production experience who enjoys production work and can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with blending and filtering wine
- Package and prepare finished product for distribution
- Support bottling, labeling, and case packing operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow safety and quality standards throughout the production process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous winery, brewery, distillery, or beverage production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to lift and move cases/products throughout the shift
