We are a small, women-owned wine company producing Rhône varietals along the California Central Coast, with a tasting room in the heart of Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone. We are a tight-knit team that genuinely loves what we do, from the wines we make to the memories we create for our guests.

The Role:
This is a part-time position with a strong focus on Friday through Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts and private events. You will be the face of our brand, guiding guests through tastings, telling our story and making sure every visitor leaves having had a genuinely great experience.
Who You Are:
- You have worked in a tasting room, wine bar or wine-focused hospitality setting for at least one year
- You can host a room on your own and you are good at it
- You are a natural with people and know how to read a guest
- You take ownership of the guest experience without being asked
- You hustle when it is busy and show initiative when it is slow
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must
- WSET certification or sommelier training is a plus
Day to Day:
- Lead guests through tasting flights and represent our wines with confidence and accuracy
- Keep the tasting room clean, organized and guest-ready at all times
- Handle POS transactions, merchandise and daily open and close procedures
- Support private tastings, live music events and special events as needed
