Responsibilities:
- All wine making duties from Vine to Wine, including:
-Lab testing & analysis - Lab equipment and wine making machinery cleaning & maintenance - record keeping - racking - bottling - vineyard beautification & maintenance - crush pad operations and all other duties related to wine making or grape growing
Skills:
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages
- Enology/Distillation science knowledge and relevant experience is preferred
