Vinovate Wine Services is seeking a harvest winery chef for the 2026 harvest season. We're located in the Dundee Hills of Oregon and have a 40-acre estate vineyard and brand-new state of the art gravity flow winery that will process mostly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for both still and sparkling wines. We'll also work with other fun varietals like Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Gamay Noir.
Ideal candidates would be involved in cellar work in the mornings and after cooking lunch. Cooking will be for 8-10 weeks for 12 hard working harvest winemakers and will start in late August. There is also a potential for working in the cellar after harvest cooking duties are completed to help finish up the harvest and get all the wines to barrel.
Ideal candidates will be energetic, motivated, hardworking, have a great attitude, be able to lift 50 lbs. continuously, be able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time, fully understand food safety and sanitation, be able to cook quality and hearty meals to keep the harvest staff going, and of course a love of food and wine. Candidates must be flexible to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends Pay is dependent upon experience.
