We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Educator to join our Napa Valley tasting room team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wine, hospitality, and storytelling. You will guide guests through curated tastings, share insights about our wines and winemaking process, and create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Pour and present wines to guests in a professional and engaging manner
- Lead guided tastings and educate guests on varietals, terroir, and production methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with visitors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment
- Process sales transactions and promote wine club memberships
- Stay informed about current vintages, wine profiles, and winery updates
