Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining inventory, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing customer experiences. The role also requires implementing strategies for operational improvement and adhering to industry best practices to uphold the quality standards and reputation of the winery.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing daily processes and events
- Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities for managing teams and liaising with vendors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to optimize business operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client experience
- Knowledge of hospitality or event management is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred with 2-5 years of specific industry experience
- Ability to pivot quickly and support shifting daily priorities
