Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Proofread documents for errors and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support office management tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members as required.
Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.

Requirements

Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Previous experience in an office environment or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
