Role Description
This full-time hybrid role for a Wedding Sales Manager is based in Washington, DC, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The role involves managing all aspects of wedding sales processes, including client inquiries, venue tours, and contract negotiations. The Wedding Sales Manager will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, develop proposals, and ensure an exceptional wedding experience. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, working with the events team to coordinate event logistics, and meeting sales targets to support company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to foster strong client relationships
- Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple events and priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, event management software, or other relevant tools is a plus
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in wedding or event sales strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field
