Salem Glen Winery is looking for part-time and seasonal retail tasting room staff. Perks include: employee discounts on merchandise, and bragging rights that you work at a winery!
Must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday a month as well as some Fridays starting at 5. Additional hours are available on other days depending on winery traffic and special events.
Essential Functions of the Job:
•Greet our guests as they arrive in the tasting room
•Pour our wine with confidence while discussing our brand/history
•Engage visitors in conversation that will make them feel relaxed and comfortable in our establishment
•Stock wine and merchandise in retail sales room
•Maintain, in cooperation with other tasting room staff, the cleanliness of the tasting room
•Uphold Minnesota Law: Check ID’s
Qualifications:
•Able to stand for long periods of time
•Must be 21 years of age or older
•Professionalism and courtesy extended at all times to customers and co-workers
