JOB STATEMENT: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations across multiple facilities and properties, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable functioning. This role implements policies and procedures for building operations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems, to optimize performance and adhere to quality and budget standards. The Maintenance Manager tracks work orders for quality and service compliance, oversees vendor and contractor engagements for construction projects, and ensures adherence to local laws and regulations. Additionally, this role supports grape and wine processing departments, enabling them to operate at high levels of efficiency and safety.
FACILITIES OVERSEEN INCLUDE: Bronco Wine Company - Ceres, Barrel Ten Quarter Circle, Inc. - Escalon, Cottonwood Creek Winery - Madera, and Almond Dryer - Arvin.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Oversee training which would include safe work practices, maintenance procedures, and techniques
- Oversee Document Control in IFS and ensure ISO 9000:2015 compliance.
- Oversee the activities of Electrical, Refrigeration and Mechanical
- Maintain compliance of environmental requirements and facility permits
- Manage equipment changes, repairs and overhauls
- Manage employee safety practices
- Manage inventory program
- Oversee the development of the preventative maintenance program using FLUKES E-Manit software.
- Manage outside contractors and vendors
- Manage Facility Maintenance Staff
- Manage Maintenance Purchasing and Related IFS Systems
- Conduct performance reviews
- Oversee facility SCADA system that utilizes Ignition!
- Oversee Emergency Response Teams at Bronco Ceres and Escalon
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance response to remote sites Escalon, Madera, and Almond Dryer
- Lead weekly maintenance meetings during non-harvest months
- Assist team with troubleshooting as needed
- Work on team development and schedule department trainings
- Review reports to ensure we are addressing all recommendations and findings included but not limited to Apcco Refrigeration and Water Treatment reports
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Safe operating procedures for all packaging/ processing equipment
- All tools or vehicles used within maintenance department
- Equipment operations and specifications
- Basic electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and other energy sources used within facility
- Safety data specifications
- Analyzing equipment problems and malfunctions
- Establishing training manuals and procedures

Pay: $107,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
