Stone Hill Winery is seeking seasonal Retail Sales and Tasting Room Associates who excel in customer service.
This position reports directly to the Salesroom Manager and Assistant Salesroom Manager.
Seasonal hours during the months of September and October with the possibility of permanent part time.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and willing to work weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- All essential salesroom functions including:
- Greeting customers promptly and creating an inviting environment.
- Selling wine and being knowledgeable about the products.
- Guiding guests through a wine tasting.
- Offering and leading tours of the winery facility and cellars.
- Assisting with stocking of wine and merchandise.
- Setting up and cleaning of the saleroom and tasting rooms.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekend shifts.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
