Job Description:
3 Roses Winery - Little Italy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker/Laborer to join our team. This position will be responsible for a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across our winery locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and a passion for contributing to the growth and enhancement of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform construction upgrades at winery locations, including structural and aesthetic improvements.
- Mount shelving and install various fixtures to optimize storage and display spaces.
- Build and install flooring, cabinetry, and other carpentry projects as needed.
- Assist with general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide support for any additional construction-related tasks as required by the project manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
