Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator, based in Leesburg, VA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met, managing event logistics and schedules, providing high-quality customer service during events, and supporting sales efforts to drive event bookings. The role requires close collaboration with team members and attention to detail to deliver seamless, memorable events.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with event coordination software or tools is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality, event coordination, or related fields is an advantage
