Grandfather Vineyard & Winery is looking for a dependable, hard-working crew member to join our team. This is a great fit for someone who likes hands-on work, enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants a role that stays active and varied throughout the day.
What you’ll do
- Complete opening and closing task lists
- Help maintain a clean, attractive property for customers
- Assist with bottling and labeling wine
- Support vineyard installation and vineyard work
- Help with general physical labor and day-to-day operational tasks
- Use equipment such as golf carts and side-by-sides safely and responsibly

Schedule requirements
- Availability on weekends is required
- Availability on major holidays is required, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day
- Also, get extra hours during the week as requested
- Flexible around college schedules

We are willing to train the right person from scratch. We care more about attitude, effort, and reliability than previous experience.
