Whether you're pouring wine, engaging with customers, or helping out at special events, you'll be at the center of the action. MUST be available to work on weekends and holidays.

This is a primarily tip-based position.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wines, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain a commitment to responsible service standards, ensuring that customers are of legal drinking age.
Keep the tasting room clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors.
Assist with & setting up special events & wine club events
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Wash glasses when needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably but not required, in hospitality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Knowledge and passion for wine is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and develop wine knowledge is essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
MUST be available to work on weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
