The Compliance Representative is a field-based role responsible for maintaining the integrity, visibility, and execution of the Lescombes Family Vineyards portfolio across retail accounts. Acting as the company’s “eyes and ears” in the market, this position ensures pricing, inventory, and merchandising standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives working independently, managing a route, and driving in-store execution.
Pay - $20.00 to $24.00 per hour + Car Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine retail visits to audit shelf pricing, inventory levels, and product placement against company and supplier standards
- Maintain and enhance instore presence through effective merchandising, including displays, shelf organization, and cold box placement
- Provide timely, accurate reporting on outofstocks, pricing discrepancies, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to quickly resolve compliance issues
- Support brand growth through occasional instore sampling events and promotions
- Monitor market conditions and provide actionable insights to support sales and operational decisions
