We’re looking for a dynamic Wine Experience Manager to lead our Wine Club, support our Wine Bar, elevate our guest experience, and create high-energy events that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans. If you love building community, setting the vibe, and making wine feel fun and accessible, this is your moment.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow our Wine Club program -turning members into superfans through thoughtful communication, creative releases and meaningful engagement.
- Plan elevated, high-energy Wine Club events that people actually want to attend.
- Support our Wine Bar Manger and help supervise our wine bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Make wine education approachable and fun — helping guests feel confident, curious, and excited to explore
- Help shape the culture, energy, and overall vibe of our winery
- Spot opportunities to innovate — from new event ideas to fresh ways of engaging the next generation of wine lovers
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality, winery, or Wine Club experience
- A natural leader who can energize a team and set the tone on the floor
- Someone who understands that details matter — but vibe matters too
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle events, people, and moving pieces without losing momentum
- A genuine passion for wine and the ability to make it feel welcoming, not overwhelming
- Creative instincts and a pulse on modern trends, guest engagement, and community-building
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and events — that’s when the magic happens
