We are seeking a full-time Branch Operations Manager to serve as the central hub of our daily operations, working closely with the General Manager and all warehouse and fabrication team members. This management role will essentially run our fabrication, shipping, and show room operations for Ukiah.
The ideal candidate embodies servant leadership and will manage all orders from receipt through completion, tracking and scheduling them through our order and production process while maintaining the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
Critical requirement: This role demands someone who is highly skilled in utilizing and implementing the most modern technical and computer applications. Basic familiarity with email, Word or Google Docs is not sufficient. You must be exceptionally resourceful in leveraging all available technologies, automation tools, and emerging digital solutions—and capable of training the team to do the same. We need someone who actively seeks out and implements cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and innovation for our fabrication and warehouse operations.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Order Management
- Receive customer orders and manage the facilitation across multiple sales channels ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
- Oversee online retail operations, website orders, and digital sales processes
- Schedule and coordinate production workflows across warehouse and fabrication teams
- Anticipate bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
Leadership & Administration
- Plan, organize, and direct office and warehouse workflow
- Serve as operational liaison between customers, management, and warehouse/fabrication staff
- Schedule team meetings, manage tradeshow logistics, and organize company events
- Empower team members to achieve their professional and personal goals.
Communication & Problem-Solving
- Resolve problems independently for both staff and customers
- Provide correspondence via email, phone, and other channels
- Think strategically about systems and processes, making recommendations for improvement
- Convert concepts into customer service materials and marketing content
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in retail, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial facilities
- Proven experience with e-commerce, online retail operations, or marketplace platforms
- Track record in operations management or similar coordination role
- Experience with sales forecasting and budget management
Education
- Bachelor's degree, OR AA/AS degree plus five years of complex administrative office work

- Proficiency with online retail platforms and e-commerce systems. We use Odoo and Solidus.
- Strong knowledge of all emerging technology as it relates to e-commerce, warehouse operations, automation systems, and other common applications
