We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Manager on Duty who can support tasting room service, handle POS operations, lead the team during shifts, and assist with event and facilities setup. This role is perfect for someone who loves customer service but also enjoys hands-on physical work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tasting room operations during assigned shifts
- Operate POS, assist guests, and ensure RAMP compliance
- Support events: setup, breakdown, flow
- Assist with facilities tasks (moving inventory, stocking, outdoor setups)
- Provide basic production support (lifting/moving up to 60 lbs)
Requirements:
- Able to lift 60 lbs
- Comfortable with leadership responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Weekends & evenings required
- RAMP certification a plus
