Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling office operations, and ensuring smooth office functionality. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment
- Provide customer and member support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Canva, and Constant Contact for document creation, data management, and communication
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred; clerical experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva and Constant Contact is helpful
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry
