Job Title: Internal Events and Programming Coordinator
Location: Los Milics Vineyards – Elgin, Arizona (with travel to Tucson and Scottsdale)

Position Summary:
The Internal Events and Programming Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing on-site events that drive revenue, elevate the guest experience, and align with our brand identity. This individual will oversee the operational details from concept to clean-up, while collaborating with leadership on event strategy, and marketing. This position requires collaboration with all internal departments and leaders to execute successful events and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute winery events—including ticketed dinner, seasonal celebrations and local outreach events.
- Work with leadership to maintain a calendar of revenue-driven programming and special events that support the brand and meet sales targets.
- Manage event and programming logistics including vendor coordination, staffing, rentals, guest communication, and timelines.
- Ensure all events run smoothly on-site, maintaining the highest level of guest service and brand presentation.
- Track event performance metrics (ticket sales, product sales, attendance) and provide post-event reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and revenue team on promotional campaigns and guest communications.
- Maintain event inventory (décor, signage, supplies) and ensure spaces are prepped and restored post-event.
- Oversee the events and programming budget as well as processing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation for expenses.

- Hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in hospitality/wine knowledge not required but desirable.
- Effectively collaborates with fellow leaders across the organization.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication with other organizational leaders.
- Willingness to travel to Tucson and Scottsdale.
