GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Implementation Manager (IM2) serves as a mid-level contributor, responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams within NBI projects. The IM2 plays a critical role in maintaining project momentum, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with the project scope and timeline. This role works closely with the IM3 and provides guidance to IM1s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workstreams and manage cross-functional tasks.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure alignment with the project scope.
- Review and validate project data and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned workstreams.
- Facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders to drive decisions and action items.
- Provide regular updates to the IM3 and key stakeholders.
- Host client kickoffs, present documented implementation plans, and track progress both internally and externally.
- Measure the success of implementation plans and gather client feedback upon completion.
- Maintain internal metrics for IM projects and include them in Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports.
- Mentor and guide Implementation Manager I team members.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, and Customer Change Management & Training teams via ticketing systems as required.
Performance Metrics:
- Maintain late tasks under 25%.
- Provide weekly comprehensive project updates.
- Ensure that 90% of projects remain on track for budget and timeline.
- Resolve 95% of workstream-level issues within two business days.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- Intermediate project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and data review skills.
- Effective client communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in workflow tools like Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, and Databricks Dashboards.
- Leadership and mentorship skills.

- Regular on-site performance of job responsibilities
