Tasting Room Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Tasting Room Supervisor to oversee the operations of our tasting room. This role is critical in providing an exceptional guest experience while managing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality with a passion for wine and guest engagement.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- implement tasting room programs that enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain inventory levels of wines and merchandise, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Collaborate with Management to promote tasting room events and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality is required.
- Background in bar tending or dining is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with group functions
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for wine and knowledge of wine varieties is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
