Tasting Room Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tasting Room Supervisor to oversee the operations of our tasting room. This role is critical in providing an exceptional guest experience while managing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality with a passion for wine and guest engagement.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
implement tasting room programs that enhance guest experiences.
Maintain inventory levels of wines and merchandise, ensuring proper storage and handling.
Collaborate with Management to promote tasting room events and specials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operation standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality is required.
Background in bar tending or dining is highly desirable.
Familiarity with group functions
Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A passion for wine and knowledge of wine varieties is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
