As Missouri’s largest grape grower, largest estate winery, most awarded Midwestern winery, and a global contender in fine winemaking, we are seeking a talented Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our digital presence and reinforce our brand’s legacy through storytelling.
About the Role:
As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing a social-first marketing strategy that drives engagement, expands our brand presence, and fosters a thriving community of wine lovers. You will create high-quality content, manage influencer partnerships, and engage our audience across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will assist with the creation and editing of in-house printed materials, branding, and traditional advertising. This is an opportunity to bring the story of Stone Hill Winery and our world-class wines to life through innovative, compelling content.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities Include:

- Writing and Editing for Social Media (Short Form and Long Form)
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Management
- Adhering, Upholding, and Developing Digital Brand Standards
- Working with Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Execute on Marketing Strategy
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with Stone Hill Winery’s storytelling vision.
- Produce highbrow long-form content (~1 to 15 minutes, mini-documentaries, winery deep dives, expert-led wine education).
- Create high quality short-form content (under 1 minute, TikToks, Reels, quick tastings, behind-the-scenes moments).
- Capture and edit high-quality photography for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create compelling graphics for digital content (Instagram posts, stories, digital posters)
- Write engaging captions and compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Engage with our audience daily—replying to comments, resharing user-generated content, and fostering conversations.
- Organize live events, Q&As, and virtual tastings to connect with our audience.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Work with the VP of Marketing to identify and collaborate with wine influencers, sommeliers, and lifestyle creators to expand brand awareness.
- Coordinate product seeding, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Manage influencer relationships, ensuring they align with our brand voice and goals.
- Track influencer performance and optimize partnership strategies based on data.
Digital Advertising & Performance Tracking
- Oversee paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize boosted posts and ad campaigns.
- Analyze social media and ad performance to refine content and advertising strategies.
- A/B test different content formats to determine what resonates most with our audience.
Other Duties
- Assist with creation and editing of in-house printed materials, branding, and traditional advertising.
- Work directly with Vice President of Marketing and Sales to create digital brand voice and aesthetic.
- Assist with PR and partnership building to coordinate with digital schedule.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong photography and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar tools).
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook best practices.
- Experience running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Passion for storytelling and a knack for creating visually compelling content.
- Experience managing influencer relationships and brand partnerships.
- Knowledge of wine (or enthusiasm for learning about wine!).
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing team.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic.
