Join the Stonestreet Estate Vineyards Production Team for the 2025 harvest! Located in Alexander Valley, we source our fruit from world-class estate vineyards in Sonoma County to produce primarily: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc wines. Other varietals we work with include Petit Verdot, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Semillon Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Malvasia Bianca. We focus on producing high quality signal vineyard designate wines maintaining separation of each vineyard block, showcasing the unique characteristics of each other.
Position Overview
Stonestreet Winery is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an International Harvest Intern to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of winery production and winemaking. This is a unique chance to work alongside our expert viticulture and winemaking team in one of California's most renowned wine regions.
Successful candidates will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and learning a variety of ultra-premium winemaking techniques. We are seeking team-oriented, hardworking, self-starters with a high attention to detail. We are looking for team players, wanting to learn more about the winemaking process in a fun, fast-paced environment. We provide weekly harvest lunches and safety incentives.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing all winery equipment and facility
- Red fermentation management – pump overs, punch downs, rack & returns, temperature checks, additions
- Racking and pumping juice and wine
- Barrel work; including filling, topping, stirring and racking
- Obtaining lab samples from tank and barrels
- Operating crush pad equipment
- Forklift operation
- Following and observing all safe cellar practices and SOP’s
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Passion for viticulture and winemaking with a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to work long hours and in various weather conditions typical during harvest season.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- International applicants must have appropriate work authorization for the U.S. (Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates).
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments.
- The ability to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, climb, stand, kneel, and regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay Scale
$19.50 - $22.00 - $25.00
