Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Winery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wine industry and a strong commitment to quality and safety. The Winery Worker will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations while upholding the highest standards of food safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production process of wine, including fermentation, filtration, and bottling.
- Sanitate equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, for the movement of materials and finished products.
- Package finished products for distribution while ensuring quality control measures are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities in accordance with CGMP standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, including CGMP and HACCP guidelines.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
