What you’ll do

Greet and assist clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Maintain office organization through effective office management practices.
Provide bilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.

Preferred qualifications

Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
Background in administrative roles or personal assistant experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is preferred but not required.
