About
With a background in wine sales, event coordination, logistics, and international client relations, I bring strong organisational and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English. I am a fast learner, independent, and adaptable. Additionally, I speak Ukrainian, Russian and conversational Italian.
In my most recent role of 2,5 years as Winery Representative at a famous historic Brunello winery Le Chiuse in Montalcino, I managed international wine sales and export documentation, and represented the winery at events in Italy and the UK. I was also conducting daily wine tours with tastings to various international clients, sharing the history and philosophy of the winery.
Previously, in my role at the largest wine distributor in Ukraine - Wine Bureau LLC, I worked with suppliers worldwide, ensuring compliance with international regulations while streamlining internal processes. I also participated in organising various events in Kyiv, Ukraine to introduce international producers to the local market.
Earlier in my career as Event Coordinator/Assistant Manager, I was responsible for communication with clients and vendors, venue setup, decoration, and logistics for corporate and private events, as well as coordinating personnel, drivers, budgets and materials.
