With experience in sales management and operations, business analytics, and over 18 years in the wine industry, I have worked on both strategic planning and practical implementation.
When creating the Sales Operations division at Crimson, I managed both on and off premise national accounts as well as control states. As the company grew and acquired additional brands, my team and I took on additional responsibilities, including distributor customer service and logistics, inventory management, bill back processing and pricing, and created wholesale business intelligence platforms and reporting.
My experience includes developing forward-looking sales processes while actively engaging with key distributor and vendor partners and cross-functional teams. My ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including marketing, winemaking, and finance, has ensured that wholesale and brand storytelling efforts are aligned.
A key strength of mine is building systems for accountability and workflow optimization, all designed to support long-term brand equity and national success. I have a strong track record of leading through industry changes, adapting sales reporting structures, and navigating market challenges to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
