I am a WSET Level 3 certified sommelier preparing to enter the WSET Wine Educator Programme. I bring strong wine knowledge, disciplined service, and commercial focus to the floor. I currently work in a high-end, high-volume operation at one of the best 5-star hotel in Doha, where I handle premium guest profiles, complex wine lists, and tight service standards.
I design pairings that sell, not just impress. I consistently increase the average check through structured upselling and confident recommendations. I manage cellar stock with accuracy, control costs, and reduce wastage through tight rotation and inventory discipline. I run tastings, support menu development, and train staff to improve product knowledge and wine sales performance.
