The Hospitality Associate will lead our members and guests on a variety of tasting options. The Hospitality Associate is expected to engage and educate wine enthusiasts of all levels, have appreciation for the wine and food culture, as well as suggest other offerings within the same wine region. To be successful in this key tasting room position, you must be passionate about hospitality, sales focused, and enjoy working as part of a connected team in a collaborative environment.

What will be asked of you:

· Engage in exceptional hospitality creating a positive culture for guests and coworkers

· Work as a team to achieve wine sales and club membership goals

· Educate our guest about our history, wines, and vineyards

· Develop on-going relationship with guests to create repeat visits and future sales

What you will need:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 6 months wine industry or hospitality experience preferred

· Knowledge of general winemaking and viticulture or willingness to learn

· Ability to acquire specific knowledge about Capital Call Vintners Brand Portfolio

· Basic computer skills including POS and reservation systems

· Ability to work weekends and holidays

Must be 21 years of age or older
