Responsibilities

Assist with the sanitation and cleaning of production areas, equipment, and packaging lines following HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
Support the winemaking process, including ingredient handling, fermentation monitoring, and quality checks for wine production
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies
Participate in packaging operations such as bottling, labeling, capping, and palletizing finished products efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production spaces to ensure food safety compliance
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment for mechanical issues; assist with basic troubleshooting when needed
Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and warehouse operations to uphold industry standards

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
