Bet the Farm Winery is seeking applications for a tasting room position. Located in Trumansburg, NY, Bet the Farm is a family-owned winery committed to quality, community and service for our customers. Customer experience and care is at the heart of our business.

Commitment to 20 to28 hours per week including weekends and holidays. The position offers opportunity for growth within the industry for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in the tasting room, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
Conduct tastings, explaining the characteristics of various wines and food pairings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food items as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
Assist in planning and executing special events or private tastings as required.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ability to stand for up to four hours
Ability to lift 40 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
