We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative and Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our Senior Sales Management team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, boutique winery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Sales Management
Maintain and update sales leads; manage database and pipeline activities
Prioritize and organize tasks to support sales goals and business objectives
Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders
Arrange travel and prepare event or meeting spaces as needed
Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of management
Copy, scan, fax, and take meeting notes
Order office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients
Utilize the LibDib platform for wholesale distribution
Coordinate with distributors for account management and follow-up
Follow best business practices and maintain professional etiquette

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required)
Certification in office administration or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of administrative or assistant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable with sales databases (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus!)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.)
