We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Vineyard Workers to join our SKYE Estates team. As a Vineyard Worker, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of our vineyards, ensuring the health and productivity of our grape crops. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working in an outdoor environment.

Duties

Perform daily vineyard tasks such as planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes.
Operate and maintain vineyard equipment, including forklifts and irrigation systems.
Assist in the repair of equipment as needed to ensure optimal functionality.
Monitor plant health and implement necessary measures for pest control and disease management.
Maintain and utilize safety protocols.
Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing fertilizers or pesticides accurately.

Experience

Previous experience in vineyard work or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory.
