Join the team of SW Florida’s first Winery… RAD Corkscrew Winery!

We need a farm/winery assistant to help keep our 10 acre property beautiful, the crops fruitful, and customers happy. Assisting the owner, you will be part of a small but dynamic team that works hard to create wonderful experiences for our guests.

Specific jobs will include things like…

Mowing & weed whacking lawns and vineyards
Maintaining flower beds and other landscaping
Caring for Passion fruit and Dragon Fruit
General facilities/property care and maintenance
Equipment care and operation
Moving wine to our other location
Property enhancement projects

This is a full time, Monday-Friday job. You will work approximately 40 hours per week with a little variability based on weather and jobs to be completed. Most work will be outside.

No experience necessary, but we absolutely require the following:

Integrity (that means being honest, on time, etc.)
Willingness to learn
Good work ethic
Reliable transportation

Pay: $15-$20 per hour based on work experience. Opportunity for advancement and pay raises.
