Primary Job Duties include:

Exemplary Guest Service

Collaborate closely with our dedicated team of wine enthusiasts, fostering a culture anchored in knowledge sharing and mutual respect.
Uphold and elevate the standards of Pali Wine Co., perpetually seeking innovative ways to enhance the guest experience.
Kickstart tastings, guiding guests through intricate details about our selection, spanning from flavor profiles to the nuanced histories of their origins.
Leverage a profound understanding of our wines to propel sales, tailoring recommendations to align with the individual preferences and palates of guests.

Promotion of Wine Club and Membership Management

Be an advocate for our exclusive wine club memberships with authentic enthusiasm, spotlighting the unique offerings and benefits available.
Provide concierge-level customer service to wine club members, ensuring they consistently feel esteemed, recognized, and valued throughout every interaction.

Additional Responsibilities include:

Accurately manage routine POS transactions and adeptly handle opening/closing cash register procedures.
Assist in orchestrating Outpost and Wine Club events to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.
Uphold meticulous cleaning practices to maintain a polished and inviting environment.
Collaborate effectively with teammates, ensuring smooth daily operations and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Proactively respond to guest requests and complete any tasks or projects delegated by management with initiative and precision

Salary Range: $16.00/hr + Tips

A background in wine, showcasing tangible expertise and a palpable enthusiasm for the subject.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Willingness and availability to work during peak times, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and adaptability to a finely-tuned service schedule.
Ability to lift, carry, or transport items up to 40 pounds (roughly equivalent to a case of wine).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for providing excellent service to a sophisticated and discerning clientele.
